consultation.  I do not ask what clients earn, I simply provide this scale and ask the client pays what is appropriate.

$35,001 - $50,000
$90 per session

$50,001 - $75,000
$100 per session

$75,001 - $100,000
$110 per session

$100,001 - and over
$120 per session
